1. When the phone rings you need to pick up the phone and answer it using the green pick up button. There are two lines on the phones, if answering line 1 you can answer it straight, if its on line two you need to select the line first.

3. If they want to place an order, use the "how to take orders" manual. If they have an enquiry, answer it the best you can, if unsure, ask if they would mind waiting while you find the correct information or best person to help them.
4. Once the conversation has concluded make sure you farewell the customer, "Thank you for calling Continental Kosher Butchers / Lewis & Son and enjoy your day" and then press the red hang up button and place the phone back on the dock.
We also have a paging system if we need to contact the guys upstairs or the office. Use the following steps to transfer a call.
1. Press the intercom button on the bottom row.
2. Select the handset you wish to ring but scrolling down to the appropriate number, and then press ok to select.
3. It will start ringing until someone has picked up, once you have finished the phone call you can hang up normally.
If you need to transfer a call to the office, select the intercom button, handset 1, once answered let them know who is on the line and whether they need to pick up line 1 or 2 , and once they have answered the call you can hang up.
