Apprentinceship Claims

Sometime within the year, CKB lodges apprenticeship/trianing claims. Please see the steps below to organise the documents necessary in submitting the claim.

Steps:

1. You will receive a request to prepare documentation for lodging the claim. It would look like this below:

2. It is important to note the dates they want and we need to prepare the payslips encompassing the dates requested. Let's take Lito for example.

3. We login to Keypay and prepare his payslips from wages paid for the period from 01 October 2023 to 05 November 2023.

4. Click Lito's name and go to Payslips on the left side selection. Then select the range of dates that they need. 01 October is within the payroll period 29 September through 5 October and 05 November is a Sunday but within pay period 03 November through 09 November.

Pro tip: Make sure to select dates that fall on Fridays so the dates you want will be included.

5. Dowload the document.

6. Download the rest of the documents needed and send back to Daniel.
