Curry clubs are ordered every week:
The first thing to do is to refer to Squarespace
Customers are charged every week, so you should be able to see their name that contains curry club orders
Write down the names on a piece of paper
Once finished, you need to open 'Reports' section of Zoho CRM
Click on 'Reports', then choose 'Curry Club'
The 'Curry Club' list contains customers that subscribe to the 'Curry Club'.
Match the names written down on paper and with the names on 'Curry Club' list
Names on 'Curry Club' list should also appear on the piece of paper. If they did not appear, you should check on Squarespace.
On Squarespace, click on 'Customers' on the left side menu
Names on 'Curry Club' list that don't appear on your piece of paper should be checked. On 'customers' section, click on search bar and type in the names
For example, Suzanne Dembo is on 'Curry Club' subscription list, however she hasn't appeared on your piece of paper. You need to search for her name, then click on her name. The option below will then appear.
Click on customer details, then you need to check what is the payment date. If payment date is in next few days (as long as it is in the same week), then 'Suzanne Dembo' should be included in the Curry Club list.
You also need to check customers who cancelled their curry club subscriptions. On the fax email, you need to search for the word 'cancelled'. You need to delete from your piece of paper for customers who have unsubscribed to the curry club, and also make sure that you remember to delete it in the future weeks.
If customer's placing it manually over the phone or over the counter, you need to add it to your piece of paper as well
Once you get all the curry orders, you need to total them in the piece of paper that contains curry order. Once you get the total number of curry orders, you have to hand it to Prem. Prem is the guy who's taking care of the kitchen upstairs. Make sure that you write total number of curry order on a piece of paper, and put it in Prem's wall upstairs before Tuesday morning.
On Tuesday morning, Prem will tell you how many curries he is going to make for the week. If he's making extras, you will need to offer it to customers over the phone or over the counter.
