To create a training folder for videos that you've done screencast on or maybe videos created using a smart phone and you want to best organize them and share them with your team, create a folder in Google Drive called Training.
With that folder its very important to share view only access to anyone on your team who needs to watch these videos.
Remember, any content that you share on Google sites needs to be shared by the recipient on Google Drive as well. If you embedded something in Google drive the recipient needs to atleast have view permission on that file so that they can show the embedded content within the Google site.
