Your COVID Safe Plan helps protect your workers, customers and visitors and to prepare for a suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in your workplace.

The level of face-covering or personal protective equipment (PPE) required for our workforce

Malvern site to wear face masks or face shields and head coverings, white coat and aprons washed daily

Morabbin site to wear face masks or face shields, hair nets, beard snoods, white pants and top and gloves so far as is reasonable practicable.

This plan must demonstrate how you will meet all of the requirements set out by the Victorian Government. Some higher-risk industries or workplaces have additional requirements of employers and employees.

Workplace attendance register

Under current public health advice, all Victorian workplaces are required to establish and maintain a register of every person who attends the workplace for a period of more than 15 minutes.

This template may be used to record visitors, contractors and any others on site whom are not captured under payroll systems.
