Food Handling Training

All Staff handling food (especially RTE ) at our premises must complete the online learning program 'dofoodsafely', which will give them basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene matters.

Staff should do an online assessment at: http://dofoodsafely.health.vic.gov.au

Once completed the certificate of completion should be printed which should be kept on file and updated in training register
