Zoho Vault is the platform we use to store all our passwords safely and securely, so you don't need to be remembering them all the time. Each person has there own vault account, once activated and saved it will live in the task bar.
1. To Open the vault, click on the icon in the task bar (as shown in video).
2. Type in your passphrase (making sure you remember as this can't be reset)
3. Once logged in it will bring you to the main menu of your vault. Remembering everyone will have access to all your secrets, or ones that people have shared with you.
4. As per video, hover over the side of the secret and the auto login button will come up. Press on this to auto login to the account.
