Mark off Payments  

All of our wholesale and retail accounts are kept on a cloud based system called "zoho", which can be accessed through the internet browser. Open google and type in ZOHO (select the 2nd one down) . This will bring you to the log in page, where each team member has their own log in details. Enter your login details. 

1. Then select the "books" symbol from the main  menu. 

Once you have the remittance from Woolworths and Coles you can immediately proceed with looking up the invoice and marking off payments.

Whenever there are invoices that has 0.01 to 0.03 difference in the amount. Edit the invoice to match the amount on the remittance.
