Woolworths Product Enrichment

Once new articles are approved by CM, they will provisionally approved the submissions and return the cases for product enrichment information.

During this step, all relevant information regarding the product need to be provided. Please follow steps below:

1. Find the associated case number and open the product information page.

2. Select Edit

3. Enter PLU, GST rate, and Country of Manufacturing

4. Fill in the rest of relevant information for the products. Once finished select save. See some example below.

5. Go to Nutrition and Allergens tab, select Add Nutrition and Allergens

6. Fill in all nutritions information. This information can be obtained from QA Manager at Moorabbin. Once finished select Save.

7. When Item sold in carton qty, go to packaging tab to enter additional outer packaging. Please enter TUN Barcode as GTIN.

8. Go to Pricing tab to double check that prices are correct. Please ensure Orderable GTIN is consumer unit GTIN if unit qty, and TUN GTIN if carton qty. Price should be unit price if unit qty and case price if carton qty. See below.

9. Upload GS1 Barcode Verification Report. For item supplied in carton quantity, we must provide 2 reports for consumer unit and TUN barcodes. Once uploaded select submit enrichment.
