Verbal Warning

The organisation works hand in hand with employees in improving performance at work. It is important that all warnings be documented, even verbal warnings. Case to case basis and when situation arises, giving feedback is a must so that the employee would know that he/she needs to change the action towards a certain situation and correct behaviors as well.
