Syncing Your Gmail Email and Zoho CRM

Please follow step by step below to sync your ckb and lewisandson email to Zoho CRM

1. Go to setting on the top right hand corner (gear icon)

2. Select Channels - Email

3. Click on get started

4. Select Gmail - IMAP OAuth Integration

5. Follow the steps and enter your gmail credentials. Once logged in, Select continue.

6. Select Allow

7. When sync is succesful, you will go back to the configuration page where you started. Select email setting as Public- Shared with Everyone.
