Every wholesale product that is produced and packed must have a label on it. Follow the below steps on how to produce a label.
1. Before you starting printing any labels you need to make sure the scales are in add mode. Only ever use this mode. Press the add then operator button, then it should say pre packed. Also always make sure the date is correct.
Once this has been set you can start, next find the PLU of the product (this can be found next to the product on the order portal, which you can find instructions to in the "Orders Portal" tab.
Once you type in the PLU code the product will come up on the screen, then place the correct product on the scale, and it will print out the ticket.
Make sure you remove the label from the scale along with the product and, and place label on product.
Once you have finished that item, place the next one on the scale, it must be done one by one for each product.
When you have finished all the trays for that product, you then need to press operator and the white arrow, and it will print out the pack/use by date sticker, that gets placed on the outside of the box.
Then you can move on to the next item, making sure you clear that product off the screen, then continue the same steps for all products.
