The Employer Reporting Line gives you a dedicated way to let us know if a job seeker has:
declined a suitable job offer
demonstrated misconduct or unsuitable behaviour at a job interview
failed to attend an interview with you
voluntarily left a suitable job
submitted an inappropriate job application.
Note** Because of privacy reasons, we can only receive reports about a job seeker who:
gets an income support payment from Centrelink
is participating in one of our employment services programs.
The kind of information we need when you submit your report is:
your Business Name
your phone number or email address
details to identify the job seeker, such as their name and date of birth
the details of the job they applied for
the date of when they submitted an inappropriate application, declined the job, or didn't attend an interview
