Employer Reporting Line

The Employer Reporting Line gives you a dedicated way to let us know if a job seeker has:

• declined a suitable job offer

• demonstrated misconduct or unsuitable behaviour at a job interview

• failed to attend an interview with you

• voluntarily left a suitable job

• submitted an inappropriate job application.

Note** Because of privacy reasons, we can only receive reports about a job seeker who:

• gets an income support payment from Centrelink

• is participating in one of our employment services programs.

What information does the report need to contain?

The kind of information we need when you submit your report is:

• your Business Name

• your phone number or email address

• details to identify the job seeker, such as their name and date of birth

• the details of the job they applied for

• the date of when they submitted an inappropriate application, declined the job, or didn't attend an interview
